Suffering from hearing loss from a young age, our Leeds born founder understands better than most the importance of being able to hear well.

Our main goal at the Leeds Audiology Clinic is to help those suffering from hearing loss in a sensitive manner and comfortable upmarket environment. We understand the serious impacts of hearing loss and take time to reassure and help clients in every way we can.

From the moment you step through the door we aim to offer you a different experience to High Street retailers. We are here to listen and help you through your journey to better hearing.

Andrew Jackson RHAD, MSHAA, HCPC
Andrew Jackson RHAD, MSHAA, HCPCDirector & Senior Audiologist
Andrew has worked as an audiologist for over two decades across both NHS and private practice. Having lived with hearing loss in one ear since childhood, he understands first-hand the impact hearing difficulties can have on daily life. He is passionate about providing compassionate care and tailoring the best hearing solutions to each individual patient. He is an expert witness in audiology medico-legal claims for hearing damage.

Emily
EmilyClinic Manager & Wax Removal Practitioner
After graduating from Leeds Arts University, Emily has played a pivotal role in developing the business since its opening in 2018. She developed a keen interest in audiology while serving as clinic manager and has completed her earwax removal training. From October 2026 she will be working as an HAD apprentice at LAC while studying to become an audiologist at De Montfort University.

Bev has been working part time at Leeds Audiology Clinic since our opening in 2018. With years of front of house and customer service experience, she will be one of the first faces to greet you at your appointment.

Since qualifying in 1984, Geoff has dedicated over 40 years to helping people improve their hearing and quality of life. He specialises in medico-legal testing for hearing damage claims.
Oliver
OliverIT and Technical Support
Oliver has made great strides with all things technical here the LAC. From web design to managing our IT systems, he helps the machinery stay working. Oliver works part-time at the LAC whilst working as an experienced professional animator.
Juno
JunoClinic Dog
Juno is an important part of the Leeds Audiology Clinic family. As a family business, and being at the clinic more often, Juno works two to three days a week with us. She specialises in collecting sticks from the park and barking at the postie.
