According to over 800 of our lovely clients, we offer a 5-star service here at LAC. As an independent, family run clinic client feedback has been important to us. We want to know that our clients are receiving the best care possible and how we can improve our service. From the outset our goal has been to offer a superior service compared to some well known high street chains. From the very beginning, customer care and satisfaction has been our top priority so it’s great to know what our clients really think about our clinic!

Reviews are so important because they’re often one of the first things that a client looks for when looking to book an appointment. We know from personal experience that positive or negative reviews can be a deciding factor when making a choice between establishments. It’s reassuring to know that you’re in safe hands and others have had a positive experience. This is especially important for new clients who are unsure what to expect. It’s also important for us to know what we’re doing right and if there is anything we can do to improve. As our clinic evolves and our team grows, we will continue to offer the best possible service.
