As an independent, family run clinic we have always strived to offer a superior service to some well known high street chains. From the very beginning customer care and satisfaction has been our top priority so it’s great to know what our clients really think about our clinic! 

Are reviews important? 

Reviews are so important because they’re often one of the first things that a client looks for when looking to book an appointment. We know from personal experience that positive or negative reviews can be a deciding factor when making a choice between establishments. It’s reassuring to know that you’re in safe hands and others have had a positive experience. This is especially important for new clients who are unsure what to expect. It’s also important for us to know what we’re doing right and if there is anything we can improve. As our clinic evolves we’re keen to continue offering the best possible service.
